10KV oil-immersed distribution transformers are important equipment in the distribution network and power supply and distribution systems of industrial & mining enterpises. It has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance,small size,low noise,and strong overload capaity.
10KV class three phase oi-immersed distribution transformer has hermetially sealed type and conservator type, The transformer is applicable to plant, mine,petrol chemical and other power distrbution system of 10KV class for industy and agriculture. They are also popular in sites with oil contamination and chemical substances.
Structure:
Iron core: The iron core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core adopts a fully inclined multi-step joint and no punching type. The tightening method uses a pulling screw and an epoxy glass wire drawstring.
Coil: The conductor is made of enameled wire made of high-quality oxygen-free copper or paper-wrapped flat copper wire. The coil is of cylindrical screw type, improved screw type, connected type, entangled type and other types.
Oil tank: The oil tank adopts barrel type or cover type, and the heat dissipation element adopts components such as corrugated sheets or chip radiators.
The transformer is generally not supplied with a trolley, but the bottom of the box is welded with a base that meets the national standard rolling distance to facilitate user installation.
safety protection device:In accordance with national standards and user requirements, transformers are generally equipped with: pressure release valves, gas relays, signal thermometers, oil conservator, oil sample valves and other safety protection devices.

Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, maximum monthly average temperature +30℃
The lowest temperature is -10℃, the highest annual average temperature is +20℃
