The fully-sealed power transformer uses the fins of the corrugated oil tank body as cooling elements. These fins expand and contract with changes in oil volume, isolating the interior of the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil deterioration, ensuring insulation from moisture and aging, thus enhancing operational reliability. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively improving the magnetic flux density distribution, reducing noise and losses. The coils are wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire) using a cylindrical (or disc) structure, ensuring uniform ampere-turn distribution, reasonable insulation structure, and strong short-circuit resistance. The fasteners inside the oil tank use locknuts to ensure they do not loosen during long-distance transportation. The surface of the oil tank is phosphated and coated with triple-proof paint (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, and salt-fog-proof), making it widely used in harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical industries.

This type of transformer employs advanced international technology and independently developed the SCB13 series resin-insulated dry-type transformers. The resin mixture material uses internationally advanced stirring and vacuum film degassing techniques, ensuring uniform mixing and the elimination of air bubbles from the mixture. The product has an extremely low partial discharge level, controlled to be below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, giving the resin insulation full encapsulation and thorough impregnation between layers and turns. The cast body has a dense cured structure, making it flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.
It can be connected to a computer through the RS485 serial interface for centralized monitoring and control. Due to these features, our dry-type transformers are widely applied in power transmission and transformation systems in critical locations such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, and residential areas, as well as in harsh environments such as subways, metallurgical plants, power plants, ships, and offshore drilling platforms.
